Privacy notice

What we collect

We only collect personal data when you send a request through the form on this site:

• Your name, company and work email (required).
• If you choose to give them: job title, phone number, LINE ID, team size, the workspace you use and your message.
• What you asked about (for example a pack, team, agent or platform) and the language of the page.
• Your consent choices and the version of this notice you agreed to.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a demo or a quote. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
• To send you news about Wize's services, only if you ticked the box for updates. You can stop these at any time.

We rely on your consent for both. Consent to updates is separate and optional; saying no does not affect your request.

Who we share it with

We store requests in our own database and in our customer relationship tool (HubSpot) so our team can follow up. The company that hosts this site processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not set analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to reply and follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your data, or stop or limit how we use it.
• Withdraw your consent. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will update the date and version above. Requests are linked to the version that was in place when you sent them.
